Built by the people who got paged

CoreWatch was founded by SREs who spent careers carrying the pager at high-scale companies and left with two convictions: monitoring tools were priced like jewelry, and none of them respected the actual workflow of an incident — which jumps between dashboards, logs, deploys, and the on-call schedule while the clock runs. We built the platform we wanted at 3 a.m.: one OpenTelemetry-native system where the incident context assembles itself.

What the platform does

CoreWatch covers the full observability loop without the four-vendor stack:

  • OpenTelemetry-native ingestion: metrics, logs, and traces from the open standard, no proprietary agents or lock-in — your instrumentation stays yours.
  • Deploy-aware monitoring: every alert is automatically correlated with the releases and changes around it, so 'what changed?' has an answer before you ask.
  • Built-in incident response: on-call scheduling, escalation, and timelines assembled from the alerts and deploys already in the system — no separate tool to stitch.
  • Efficient by architecture: a columnar storage engine that holds full-fidelity telemetry on commodity hardware, which is why customers typically pay a fraction of their previous observability bill.

Our principles

Dashboards nobody reads are a tax on engineering; we measure ourselves on MTTR and spend, not chart count. Pricing is transparent and published — per host, no surprise ingest overages. Migration from the incumbent stack is engineered with you, not handed over as a PDF.

Your engineers got paged at 3 a.m. to fix a system, not to navigate five tools. CoreWatch makes observability one system, honestly priced — and gives the pager a fighting chance of going quiet.
